White Water Rafting

You Only Live Once, so why not go flying down whitewater rapids in an inflatiable boat! My original interest in adding whitewater rafting to my bucket list actually came from my parents. After they got married my mother, dad, and Opi went white water rafting and it was like the rafting scene from The Vacation. My poor father got popped out of the boat! And lets just say it wasn't smooth sailing after that! But of course I was so drawn to trying it for myself, I was itching to go!

Electric Beach

After visiting Kahe Point, nicknamed Electric Beach, on West side of Oahu, it's safe to say I want to spend all of my days there! It's full of the most colorful coral I have seen on the island and tons of fish to match! Not to mention the turtles, eels, and dolphins I saw. That's right DOLPHINS! And they were so so close!

Fumis Shrimp

A lot a places claim to be the "best at something" and we all know they are lying, but Fumis Shrimp Truck really is the best shrimp on the island! They have a few shrimp flavors to choose from, cod, and chicken katsu if you don't like seafoood! Its in the North Shore of Oahu and is so worth the drive.

Fifty by Fifty

Growing up I feel truly blessed getting to travel as much as I did. My family loved going on trips together, I traveled a bunch for swimming, and tagged along every now and then when my dad had out of state meetings. When I was young I may not have taken each destination into appreciation like I should have, so I officially added it to my bucket list to see all fifty states by the time I am fifty.

Canyon Diving

Rashawn came to visit me in Colorado the summer after our Freshman year and I honestly have to say it was one of the best weeks of my life. Every day I had packed with tons of activities and adventures galore.

First Date

I deep down knew that the first few times I saw Rashawn I was going to be with him. I don't know if it was love at first sight persay but, I was pretty drawn to him. First I mean look at that killer smile! How can you resit it? But besides that Rashawn is the first person that I have genuinely felt like myself with. Of course that took time and trust to build up, but he is the first person to break down all of my walls.

Lake San Cristobal

This summer my family and I drove to Lake City, Colorado. It's a very very small town of less than 500 people! We barley had cell service and practically no internet. But it was the absolute perfect get away of staying in a small cabin, snacking on grocery store goodies, and playing board games. Plus everyday their was plenty of activities to do! My favorite was going to Lake San Cristobal. We went almost everyday we were there it was SO pretty!

Sandy's Beach Park

Sandy's Beach Park is located on the East side of Oahu. It is know for its epic shore break making it popular for body surfing and boogie boarding. Even a bit further into the ocean you will see people on their surf boards! Some snorkelers may pop up every now and then too.

Illinois

I have been to the state of Illinois many times and many cites in it. I love Chicago the most because it is such a fun and beautiful city! All of the architecture and shopping, how can you beat that? Not to mention I dream about Giordano's Pizza every month! I promise their is no better deep dish pizza, it's to die for! This was probably one of my favorite trips to Illinois so far!
