Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
The Chewiest and Gooiest Cookies Ever
Baking has always been one of my all time favorite activities. If I'm not in the kitchen baking then I am probably watching Cupcake Wars or a Food Network Bake-off Challenge! When I was little my daddy told me one day I could open "Sav's Sweets" and sell all my yummy creations! So while I still sit here and dream that maybe one day I could be a super cute bakery owner, for now I will just share my creations on here!
I usually use these Mauna Loa Macadamia Nuts because they are home grown here in Hawaii! They come as 'plain' which are lightly salted so I usually rinse them off in water, pat them dry, and lightly dust them in sugar to give them that extra yumminess :)
Once I have mixed all my ingredients together, before I add the morsels and nuts, I break the down dough into smaller sections so I can have lots of variety in my cookie batch! Then I add which ever morsels and wah-la! Also remember to PAM your pan before every batch!
It is safe to say that when ever you think of Chocolate Chip Cookies you automatically think of Nestle Toll House. They are always reliable for making the best cookies ever, I am convinced! I used these White Chocolate Chips along with the classic Milk Chocolate Chips. But I suggest you head over to there website because their are so many yummy morsels to choose from! These Pumpkin Spice and Candy Cane are definitely in my future :) I use the Bakers coconut to roll some of the White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies in. And like I said above I use Manua Loa Mac Nuts but any brand will do!
I love that this cookie dough can make so many variations! I usually make four kinds of cookie in each batch: classic chocolate chip, classic white chocolate chip, white chocolate chip macadamia nut, and white chocolate chip macadamia nut with coconut! YUM :)
