Rainbow Falls

unreal hawaii

If there is one thing Hawaii has blessed us with besides unreal beaches and hikes, its stunning waterfalls. Rainbow Falls on the Big Island is a must see for every visitor to the Big Island, Hawaii.

There is a parking lot with paved paths and viewing areas. There used to be a hike down to the falls but it is now off limits by the state. If you choose to hike down you may be at risk for a fine from the state if caught.

If you catch the lighting just right during the day magical rainbows will appear in front of the falls hence the nickname Rainbow Falls. Regardless if their is one while you are here or not, the waterfall is beyond magical.
